She is reading, he is petting her and they are both laughing. :)
This week is Read Across America week so we have been doing lots of extra reading at home and school. Yesterday Lucy won a prize for having read the most books of anyone in her class for that day. I have been pushing her to be a bit competitive with this because she has missed the competition gene most of her aunties have. ;) She never pushes herself to do better than anyone which is good in a way but she never pushes herself. She is an excellent reader so I have pushed her to do more reading this week, more reading is never a bad thing in my book! :)
