The cuteness is killing me!!!

Enjoying opening day of t-ball with Oma.

Today my keets came. Keets are what you call baby guienna fowl and I am so excited to have them. They will be voracious bug hunters all summer and should help keep our farm a happy, less itchy place to be.

Yesterday the sheep were sheared. They seem to be enjoying their new hair dos.

Henry has been eating non-stop for the last few days. He is even inhale my bowl of kale chips! Might he actually be about to grow??

My birthday surprise from Lucy was appointments at the salon for both of us. I never get to get my haircut any more, so this is a huge treat!

Lucy lost her first tooth!!!! She just told us about it yesterday and it fell out during lunch today. That is the good news. The bad news is, she lost her lost tooth. She said it fell on the floor in the cafeteria and she couldn't find it. There is worse news. She told me all of this when she got off the bus. I thought she was upset about losing the tooth but when we walked halfway up the driveway she turned and said "Mama I need to throw up." So, we did not have the best afternoon. She seems fine now, even ate dinner and she made a little tooth out of paper to put under her pillow. Keep your fingers crossed that it was anxiety that made her sick and not the stomach bug that has been going around!

Fred wanted to be the one to get Lucy off of the bus today. He made Henry and I stand back up the driveway a bit so he could stand at the end and wait for her.

It is finally warm enough to open the windows a little bit!

Somehow these two hooligans talked my brother and I into taking them to the zoo today. We made a short, very very very wet trip.

Dave is getting our backyard drainage just right, and this picture of him doing it amuses me. :)

I hate it when the kids are sick, but I do love the snuggles.

Henry has a fever and his nose is starting to run. It came out of no where too! He was totally fine yesterday, the kids have been on break from school and no one on any of our playdates was sick. So far the other two are fine, I hope that holds true.

Wooden shoes are always popular. Popular and loud.

Now we are getting a pond.
