What's the best way to get ready for your 1st birthday party? A nice long nap on BobBob of course!

I just had an argument with Lucy over how to spell dog. She was insisting it was spelled b-e-d. I tried to convince her those letters spelled bed but no luck :D

The kids are sick. :( They are both on antibiotics and Freddy is also on prednisone and nebulizer treatments. He had to go get a chest xray yesterday. :( We went back to the doctor today and his wheezing is much better so the medicine is working already. Also she said she was 99% sure he has brichiolitis and not pneumonia, so yeah I guess. Lucy has a double ear infection and there is, of course, a good chance that she also has brochiolitis or will have it soon.
The party is still on though! They had better be better by then! I have lots of party crafts to do so I had better get back to them. I hope you make it Saturday!

Today is Anna's bridal shower and as flower girl Lucy gets to help open presents!

Woohoo! my new fridge is here!! We have been planning on replacing ours so we decided to take advantage of the great appliance swap out program. Now I am down to just one old appliance that came with my house!

I had Dave get the bouncy seat out of the basement for Noah. Lucy of course thinks her animals would like it more than Noah would. The song the seat plays reminds me of summer because that is the time of year my kids were in it. I am glad for the summery thoughts today, it is typical upstate NY nasty winterness.

Freddy's B-day

My baby is almost 1!!!! That means it's time to par-tay! We are not ones to send out formal invitations so here it is: Freddy's birthday, our house, on his birthday (Sat., Feb. 27th), 3-6 (and although there is a fairly good chance we will be up from 3-6 am, the party is in the pm). We hope to see you there, I mean here! :)

I haven't posted in a long time I know. We have just been so busy with craft and cooking projects. Plus 3 afternoons a week I am watching my nephew Noah. Two babies aren't very cooperative as far as letting me type on the computer. :) Any free time I have I would rather spend doing crafts than sitting in front of the computer, sorry! So this picture is one of our projects from this week. We made ice cubes with colored water then once they were frozen we set them in cake pans, added water and put them back outside. They were supposed to be ornaments to hang up but I broke them getting them out of the pans oops! So instead we r going to watch how the colors mix together as they melt. Science instead of art right? ;)
