Afternoon of friends.

Dave is back to being in charge of the fire department drills, so tonight he has them practicing setting up for different types of scenes they might be called to. Since he was in charge, guess who's house was volunteered to be the first scene? They did water the flowers a little at least and the kids got to sit on the front porch and watch. They were a little nervous to see the guys in full gear but, lucky for us, one of them was our friend Mike who took off his mask and came to talk to the kids for a minute when they were done. It put the kids right at ease to see a friend under all that gear. :)
